Four days of lively conversations and product showcases have now come to a close – thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us at InnoTrans 2018 in Berlin! It was a pleasure seeing our subway-car booth buzz with visitors interested in the HELLA Aglaia people sensing technologies.
In addition to our well-established portfolio, we introduced the APS-B counter, which is specifically designed for application in busses. The APS-B builds on the field-proven features of the APS-R, clad in a lightweight body for easy-to-attach ceiling mount. Despite its significantly more powerful hardware, the new device is smaller, lighter and more energy-efficient. Comprehensive information and technical features are available here.
Another showcase highlight was the live demonstration of our new monitoring capacities for seat occupancy and general space utilization on public transport vehicles. Before boarding, the function provides passengers with real-time information on general occupancy and free seats in a train car. The feature is still undergoing further development, please get in touch with our sales team for details.
